| Music |
| The Fenyes Estate & Gardens is located in the heart
of the historic "Millionaire's Row" residential district. In order
to maintain the integrity of the surrounding neighborhood, amplified
music is not permitted on the grounds. Amplified sound is anything
that uses electricity to increase the volume of sound, including CD
players. We suggest the use of elegant acoustic sounds such as string
quartets, jazz trios and other string or acoustic instruments or groups
during an event. DJs are permitted during events but must be selected
from our list of Preferred Vendors. |

| Time |
Ceremony-only
Special rates & times are available.
Ceremony & Reception or Reception-only
The use of the Fenyes Estate Gardens is yours for the day when hosting
a Ceremony & Reception or Reception-only. Please note that the Museum
will still remain open from 12pm-5pm and Mansion tours are given at
1:30pm & 3:00pm, but you are welcomed to start your event whenever
you choose. We do ask that all events be concluded by 10:00pm. |

| Catering |
| We have a list of several caterers who are familiar with
our facility, but you are not limited to this list and are welcomed
to use the licensed caterer of your choice. |

| Alcohol |
| The service of alcohol is permitted however, alcohol
must be purchased and served by a licensed purchaser/server. |
