Music
The Fenyes Estate & Gardens is located in the heart of the historic "Millionaire's Row" residential district. In order to maintain the integrity of the surrounding neighborhood, amplification is limited in the garden.  Horns, bagpipes, and mariachis are not permitted on the PMH property.
 
Dates & Times

Wedding Ceremonies

Please check with PMH regarding date availability. Your wedding ceremony must be concluded by 7:00 pm and clean up must be completed and rentals and floral arrangements removed by 8:00 pm. PMH is open to the public Wednesdays through Sundays, Noon to 5 pm. Public tours of the interior of the Mansion may be given during PMH opening hours.

Giddings Conference Room

The Giddings Conference Room is available for rentals Mondays and Tuesdays, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Arrangements can be made for access to the room for set-up starting at 8 am. Please contact PMH regarding date availability. The event must be concluded and the room vacated by 5:30 pm. PMH is open to the public Wednesdays through Sundays, Noon to 5 pm.

Catering
We have a list of several caterers who are familiar with our facility, but you are not limited to this list and are welcomed to use the licensed caterer of your choice.
 
Alcohol
The service of alcohol is permitted however, alcohol must be purchased and served by a licensed purchaser/server.
