Remarks

This clock was made in Boston by Aaron Willard, one of the early pioneers in the clock industry.  This clock is particularly notable for its reverse-painted glass decoration on the upper and lower door tablets.

Eva Scott Fenyes may have inherited this clock through her mother, whose lineage went back to the Winthrops of Boston.
