Remarks

 

A member of the family took this snapshot of director D.W. Griffith in the garden of the Fenyes Mansion while he was making the one-reel film When Kings Were Law in 1912.  G.W. Bitzer was the cinematographer.  The star, Wilfred Lucas, also wrote the scenario.  Other members of the cast were Dorothy Bernard, Kate Bruce, Mae Marsh, Mabel Normand and Alfred Paget.
